This hotel service is not good.water in washroom not good. Water is salted.Room is average big but not proper clean.not service provided on telephone they told you dial for 9 for room service but no reply .average room

I stayed in this hotel on 31/01/2019. All things were good, all staff behavior also was very good specially Mr, Harendra was good man by nature.... definitely next time i will stay only in this hotel...

Room and beds were not that bad, but could have been better. The heater didn't work and the shower didn't work and the guy of the hotel told me to use the "shower" of the toilet instead. No towels. Dirty. Shouldn't be called "hotel" Not worth at all the money.

All that I can tell is good! Great location. Came just for one night, without previous booking, just popping in and I end up being two. A few steps away from here is easy to find food and brilliant markets with tasty and fresh fruits. From the balconies has a good view of the street. Really warm outside but brilliant AC inside, and the rooms are really nice. Bed was also comfortable to sleep in. WiFi works properly (just a couple of fights with the power which it went down). But nothing that would bother anyone! All staff was really nice,helpful and friendly. they are really welcoming, felt like walking upstairs and downstairs around my own place. Really helpful as I said, I wanted some variety fruits and they offer me a spin in their bike to get some, they made sure that we (travelling with another friend) had cold water all the time in our jug, I had several coffees and the top of the best treatment: lunch with them and a chocolate ice cream! Also, I went with one of the owners around for a citytour (Yamnuna River, the temples, eating Somoza, getting the unforgettable incense smell along the small and beautiful roads) .What else do I need? The TV didn't work properly and they came spending all the time and patience until it work again. If you get the back rooms you won't hear the cars beeping all day long. Thanks for this lovely time over here and definitely way better that I could expect and ask for! Would again return for a stay at this hotel if I ever come back to Mathura. While traveling you find nice people with huge heart is the best that we can get in life!
